Construction products and floor coverings

Emissions (outgassing) from consturction products and floor coverings can be a relevant cause for indoor air pollution. Additionally energy-safe and airtight ways of construction aggrevate this problem.

So it comes at no surprise international and national legalisation and voluntary quality assurance steadily pose more and more concrete requirements on the emissions behaviour of construction products and floor coverings.

Since they can  contribute to indoor air pollution by their large surfaces.

Through this well-being and life quality can be affected.

Problematic substances can originate for example in timber products, adhesives or coatingproducts

For round 30 years one of our top priorities of our testing competences is the measurement of emissions in more than 90 test chamber after ISO 16000.
