On October 11, 2021, 14 new European Assessment Documents (EADs) were published in the Official Journal of the European Union; among them, three EADs describing a test according to EN 16516:

• EAD 130484-00-0304:  Tension proof loaded structural finger jointed solid timber)
• EAD 130661-00-0304: Timber with full cross section finger joint
• EAD 330250-00-0601: Post-installed fasteners in concrete under fatigue cyclic loading.
