EU: Specification of the new ETA procedure The European Commission has updated its website on voluntary CE marking (EOTA route) and for the first time provided detailed insights into the changes to the European Technical Assessment (ETA) procedure associated with the amended Construction Products Regulation (CPR).

UKCA: Construction products with CE labelling still accepted in the UK On 2 September 2024, the British Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government issued a ministerial statement announcing that the CE marking for construction products will continue to be recognised in the UK.
Federal Environment Agency: Publication of AgBB scheme 2024 In September 2024, German Federal Environment Agency (Umweltbundesamt - UBA) published the updated AgBB scheme with likewise updated LCI values.
Finnish M1 emissions classification: publication of new “testing protocol” On June 18th, 2024 Finnish certification body Building Information Foundation RTS sr published new "Protocol for Chemical and Sensory Testing of Building Materials" for labelling with M1.
USA: Transition period of the formaldehyde regulation TSCA Title VI also ends for “laminated products” The US formaldehyde regulations entitled TSCA Title VI will also end a transition period for relevant laminated products from 22 March 2024.
