On 16 December 2025, 9 new respectivley updated European Assessment Documents (EADs) were published in the Official Journal of the European Union, including two EADs that describe a test following the EN 16516:

• EAD 100031-00-1103: Resettable line-type heat detectors
• EAD 350022-02-1107: Closure System For Conveyor Systems

In 2025, 110 EAD announcements could be recorded.

Tests according to EN 16516
