USA: Transition period of the formaldehyde regulation TSCA Title VI also ends for “laminated products”

The US formaldehyde regulations entitled TSCA Title VI will also end a transition period for relevant laminated products from 22 March 2024.

On 1 August 2023, the British government announced an extension of the recognition of CE-marked products in the UK: this means that many product groups may continue to be placed on the British market only with a European CE marking after December 2024 for an unlimited period.
